Hi, I’m Josie. I was born and raised in Florida, and I feel incredibly grateful to call this state home. Growing up here shaped so much of who I am, from the strong sense of community to the beautiful outdoor lifestyle that makes Florida so special. Some of my favorite memories come from being outside, whether that was playing sports, spending time near the water, or simply enjoying the sunshine with family and friends.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors. My hobbies include playing soccer, horseback riding, playing the piano, being around animals, and enjoying Florida’s natural beauty. Family and faith have shaped who I am, and they continue to guide the way I approach both relationships and business, with integrity, gratitude, and a genuine desire to serve others well.

Over the years, my appreciation for beautiful spaces naturally grew into a passion for interior design and real estate. I’m drawn to the way thoughtful design can completely transform how a home feels. For me, real estate and interior design go hand in hand, it’s not just about transactions, but about helping people find a place where they feel comfortable, inspired, and truly at home. Florida isn’t just where I live, it’s where my roots are. I’m thankful to build my life and career here, serving the community that helped shape me.
